Office Administrator

On behalf of our Client, we are looking for ambitious Office Administrator (Serbian, Russian and English language speaking as mandatory).

Job location: Stara Pazova, Serbia (On-site)

Job Description: Person on this position will be responsible for managing correspondences and document flow, arranging business trips, making office supplies arrangements and providing general administrative support to our employees. 

Responsibility (Tasks):

-           Organization of documents flow between the company and its counterparties including systematization and archiving of documentation.

-           Receiving, registering, timely distribution and controlling of all incoming correspondence.

-           Maintaining correspondence both English and Serbian.

-           Handling incoming and outgoing calls.

-           The administrative activities and documentation turnover, using of specialized programs.

-           Monitoring and preparation of documents for signature.

-           Arranging business trips: booking tickets, making hotel reservations, organization taxi or car rental, preparing reimbursement for finance department.

-           Preparation and editing business documents and official letters.

-           Office life support (ordering office supplies, water, assistance to company employees, etc.);

-           Organization of internal/external meetings and events for Company employees.

-           Translation of internal documents between Russian, Serbian and English.

-           Staff and newcomer support.

Required Qualifications:

-           High School degree, minimum of a Bachler’s degree.

-       Serbian, Russian and English language speaking as mandatory.

-           The advantage will be the experience of working in production company and an international company

-           Proficiency in MS Office.

-           High level of written and verbal communication skills in English, Serbian and Russian.

-           Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.

-           Proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.

-           Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.

-           Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

-           Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Required Experience:

-           Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager or Administrative Assistant or other relevant administrative support.
