Sales Manager

Hi there! Here at MG Group we are looking for a Sales Manager to lead and develop business of an international construction company.


Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Generating new business leads/project opportunities;
  • Identifying new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services;
  • Developing and maintaining new customer contacts;
  • Meeting with clients, understanding their needs and responding effectively;
  • Writing client contracts and developing sales strategies;
  • Develop promotional strategies and activities;
  • Having a good understanding of businesses products and services and advising others about them;
  • Cooperating with all in-house team;
  • Attending seminars, conferences and events, keeping up with trends and changes in the construction;


Requirements of the position are:

  • University degree in Economics / Business / Management / Marketing or another related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in sales / business development/ construction industry;
  • Proven ability to assess and respond to RFQs / RFPs, NDAs and contracts;
  • Proven track record of generating project leads and acquire new customers;
  • Previous experience in tender processes, building and managing personal relationships with clients;
  • Proficiency in English both in spoken and written communication (Knowledge of German is a plus);
  • Excellent computer skills;
  • A highly motivated individual, persistence, hard working and determined;
  • Required skill set: communication, presentation, organization, collaboration and negotiation;
  • Experienced driver (B license);
