Hi there! Here at MG Group we are looking for a Sales Manager to lead and develop business of an international construction company.
Responsibilities of this role include:
- Generating new business leads/project opportunities;
- Identifying new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services;
- Developing and maintaining new customer contacts;
- Meeting with clients, understanding their needs and responding effectively;
- Writing client contracts and developing sales strategies;
- Develop promotional strategies and activities;
- Having a good understanding of businesses products and services and advising others about them;
- Cooperating with all in-house team;
- Attending seminars, conferences and events, keeping up with trends and changes in the construction;
Requirements of the position are:
- University degree in Economics / Business / Management / Marketing or another related field;
- 5+ years of experience in sales / business development/ construction industry;
- Proven ability to assess and respond to RFQs / RFPs, NDAs and contracts;
- Proven track record of generating project leads and acquire new customers;
- Previous experience in tender processes, building and managing personal relationships with clients;
- Proficiency in English both in spoken and written communication (Knowledge of German is a plus);
- Excellent computer skills;
- A highly motivated individual, persistence, hard working and determined;
- Required skill set: communication, presentation, organization, collaboration and negotiation;
- Experienced driver (B license);
