About this role:

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate equipment management records, including inspections and operations.
  • Ensure timely completion and organization of records for accessibility.
  • Classify and number equipment assets, maintain consistent records.
  • Train and coordinate maintenance teams for efficient operations.
  • Develop and execute Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) plans.
  • Promptly address equipment issues to minimize downtime.
  • Organize regular equipment maintenance and calibration.
  • Implement safety measures to protect workers.
  • Conduct training and evaluate maintenance staff performance.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and procurement efficiently.
  • Continuously improve equipment maintenance processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Fluent in English, with basic proficiency in Serbian.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel for accounting planning and recording.
  • Over 2 years of experience in mechanical equipment management.
  • In-depth knowledge in own discipline and related areas.
  • Proficient problem solver, capable of offering new perspectives on solutions.
  • Works independently, leading projects or project steps with ongoing accountability.
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues and maintains a stable career trajectory.
  • Proficient in enterprise management, covering production, quality, and equipment.
  • Mastery of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic knowledge.
  • Skilled in statistical analysis and problem-solving, including effective equipment control point checks.
  • Adaptable to company strategy or market changes, with a talent for updating job descriptions to reflect evolving roles or technological advancements.
