HR Business Partner

On behalf of our client, a leader in the food industry, we are seeking an HR Business Partner. This is an exceptional opportunity for enthusiastic individuals who want to play a key role in the growth and development within the stimulating environment of the food sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation, organization, and active participation in the employee selection and recruitment process;
  • Communication, coordination, and active participation in activities related to the onboarding and offboarding of all employees, including the creation of complete documentation in the field of labor relations, as well as the preparation of relevant work tools and benefit packages.
  • Initiating, coordinating, and actively participating in the implementation of all human resources projects
  • Preparation of personnel changes related to payroll calculation and employee transportation;
  • Coordination of the work of HR administrators and payroll officers;
  • Participation in the creation and updating of internal acts/procedures within their jurisdiction;
  • Participation in the planning, preparation, and implementation of employee training and development programs;
  • Monitoring work processes and reporting to superiors about any irregularities within the company;
  • Ensuring compliance with company rules and procedures, as well as legal regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social/Organizational Sciences;
  • Previous work experience in similar roles is required;
  • Adequate knowledge of legal regulations in the field of labor relations;
  • Developed organizational skills;
  • Developed ability to assess people;
  • Excellent communication skills;
