This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape the sales strategy in a specific region for a reputable company.

Position Title: Regional Sales Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the supervisor to create proposals, report on new products, marketing actions, price changes, and other market activities.
  • Organize and set route maps for the sales team using optimization tools, identify improvement areas, develop the region, open new outlets, and ensure implementation of company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with credit policies and debt collection procedures, actively improve profitability and financial performance by tracking defined KPIs.
  • Monitor and submit requests for credit notes as per contracts with customers, oversee approval and return processes for each team member.
  • Manage and control the costs of the sales team, actively work on optimization proposals and investment suggestions for the region.
  • Plan and set SMART goals, distribute objectives by product groups according to the capabilities and readiness of field representatives in the team. Communicate daily performance and improvement areas based on individual, monthly, quarterly, and annual targets, and seek regional advancement opportunities.
  • Manage the team in listing new and promotional products, and implementing trade marketing activities, providing feedback on performance success.
  • Propose investments based on financial criteria, estimating net costs and benefits of actions using relevant information.
  • Understand and interpret key financial measures, negotiate effectively with team members and customers, and enhance these skills.
  • Monitor and control the execution of activation goals, distribute targets to team members, review progress, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop individual skills of team members by spending four days a week in the field, assessing and working on improvements and growth areas for each person. Implement defined sales execution and field improvement processes during visits. Actively participate in recruiting new team members and filling vacant positions. Understand variable compensation processes and explain them to the team through simple examples.
  • Participate in creating development and corrective plans for the team, and train them to ensure maximum product knowledge, sales techniques, and presentation skills.
  • Motivate employees and ensure harmonious team relations.
  • Communicate effectively and understand the needs of internal/external customers, training the team through strong communication skills demonstrations.
  • Organize the sales team to ensure: representation of recommended product assortments by category, optimal stock levels in outlets, and execution of AS Braća Stanković pricing strategy.
  • Apply activation knowledge, share successful ideas within the team, and exchange experiences with colleagues.
  • Develop and maintain effective customer relationships in the assigned region.
  • Ensure compliance with company rules and procedures, as well as legal obligations.
  • Prepare reports as instructed by the immediate supervisor.
  • Ensure all team members are trained and familiar with company systems and procedures.
  • Perform other related tasks as instructed by the immediate supervisor.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly responsible to the National Sales Manager/Sales Director for the accurate and timely completion of tasks and duties.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma (III/IV level of qualification).
  • 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
  • Valid B category driving license.
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
