MG Group is partnering with AS Braća Stanković to find a dynamic and results-driven individual to join their team as a Sales Director. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape the sales strategy of a reputable company.

Position Title: Sales Director

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, lead, and control work processes within the Sales Sector.
  • Propose, make, and implement strategic and operational decisions in collaboration with and under the direction of the Director.
  • Participate in creating, implementing, and evaluating the company's strategy, setting strategic and operational goals and KPIs, and cascading them to the Sales Sector.
  • Organize planning and budgeting processes and ensure their implementation within the Sector, including reporting to the Management.
  • Monitor market trends, company performance, and competitors, proposing and taking actions to improve sales, including creating sales plans, reporting modalities, and linking with marketing and promotional activities.
  • Participate in market analysis and structuring marketing actions.
  • Participate in creating and modifying sales contracts.
  • Organize training and development of employees within the Sector.
  • Review and optimize processes and procedures within the Sector.
  • Monitor business costs and take corrective measures.
  • Organize the creation and development of internal documents/procedures within the Sales Sector.
  • Establish performance measurement systems, controls, and operational reporting within the Sector.
  • Ensure compliance with company rules and procedures, as well as legal regulations.
  • Implement standards prescribed by the quality management system, OHS measures, and fire protection measures.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.


  • Directly responsible to the Company Director for the accurate and timely completion of tasks and duties.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • University degree (VII level of qualification), preferably in economics.
  • Relevant work experience.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
