Regional Technical Sales Manager

Role Overview: As a Regional Technical Sales Manager, you will drive commercial activity, focusing on business development and sales growth. Your primary goal is to oversee and enhance sales performance, ensuring targets are met and gaps are addressed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth: Drive profitable growth for our brands/products in line with company strategy.
  • Sales Management: Monitor and improve sales volume and profit performance.
  • Market Insight: Assess market trends and provide feedback on global trends.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute local sales, pricing, and marketing strategies.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships and manage CRM systems.
  • Team Leadership: Guide, motivate, and develop a multi-discipline team.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; technical/chemical knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in Key Account Management within sales. Experience in adhesives and construction chemistry is advantageous.
  • Skills: Proven sales success, strong customer focus, excellent communication, strategic thinking, and proactive, dynamic approach.
  • Languages: Fluent in Serbian and English.
